Your Supplies: supply bag

This is your supply bag that goes on the job with you daily, along with your mop and vacuum. Here is whats it it!

Your Supplies: restock tote

It takes two minutes to restock your supply bag when you get off so that it’s ready for the next day. It's not ideal to have your wet, used microfibers marinating in your bag over night. It is important to be prepared and look professional at every home.

When restocking you'll mentally use this list to make sure nothing is missed:

-New mop pad, daily

-Clean microfibers, daily

-Clean window cloth

-Spray bottles filled (half water half solution)

-Swiffers

-Etc. (reusable swiffers, spounges, magic eraser)

Vacuum Maintenance

In order to provide quality work, we must have quality supplies. It's easy for your vacuum to not be working in top performance if it's not maintained regularly from home to home. Most important thing is to empty the canister when it hits the FULL line.

Bathroom

One of the most thorough and detailed cleaning list that we have. Here are typical cleaning times:

Half bath- 10 mins

Full bath- 25 mins

Full bath with glass door- 30 mins

3/4 bath- 25 mins

5 piece master- 40-45 mins

Update for quiz: use Multipurpose and papertowles to clean toilets

Dusting

Tools: microfiber, Swiffers, reusable Swiffers, yellow glass microfiber, shinning cloth

What we do: all vertical and horizontal surfaces, spot wipe with wet microfiber as needed, front door/back door/kitchen sink windows.

As needed list: baseboards, door molding, blinds, light fixtures, picture frames and cobwebs.

What we don’t do: ceiling fans is an add-on, individually cleaning blind blinds is an add-on, cleaning inside display cases and hutches with closed glass doors is an add-on

Bedding

-We include 1 bedding change. Clean sheets will be on bed or a note will be in profile notes if in dryer. Some customers will never have you make a bed

-We make sure all beds in home are made. So, if there are several beds unmade, we will make them all; and just the single bed with clean sheets on it gets completely changed.

-If there is a second set of clean sheets out for another bed, change that bedding and let Stephanie know; the customer wil be charged. This is the only last minute add-on always accepted

Floors

Use these techniques and protocol to really get all floors vacuumed well. This is how we serve our customers to show we really care about them and their homes.

Note: Cleaning hard flooring stairs- after vacuming them as shown in video, use a folded, damp microfiber to hand wipe them vs mopping them.

More Protocol

Troubleshooting

It’s rare that you’ll have to do this. Usually it’s from sucking something up or having a lot of dog hair stuck in the hoses. Other times, it may just be a piece that needs to be replaced.

Kitchen

Video coming soon!

but in the meantime...

When cleaning counters:

-Sometimes a microfiber with water is all you need

-Multipurpose is safe to use on all surfaces

-Never use the degreaser on real stone counters

-DO move items on counters to clean under and to check backsplash

-DO wipe down small appliances or other items on counters as needed

-Clean out coffee maker trays where the cup sits and the grounds too

When cleaning stainless steel appliances:

-Check to see if the customer has stainless steel cleaner first; if they do, use that with paper towels and note that in their profile notes

-If they don’t have stainless steel cleaner, use your yellow microfiber and the window cloth

-If the appliance is really dirty with food and such, use the paper towels or microfiber with multipurpose or degreaser first, then you can use the window cloth to shine it up

Kitchen sink:

If the sink is pretty grimy, the paste works well. If it’s not, the back of the sponge and a little of the customers dish soap will work just fine. If there’s dishes in the sink just take them out and replace them when done. Or even put in the dishwasher if it's just a few things and it's ready to load. Don’t forget to clean the drain too. A sponge usually works well, but if it doesn’t for some reason, the grout brush or a microfiber will.

Lifeproof Ceramic Coating Application

Surfaces we can coat: kitchen appliances (in and out), sinks, counters, shower glass doors, and mirrors

Step 1: thoroughly clean surface with provided pre-cleaner Note- if cleaning a stainless steel cleaner that has stainless steel cleaner on it, clean a minimum of 2 times Note: if it’s another type of surface, clean as you normally would, then clean with pre-cleaner

Step 2: apply 2 coats of Lifeproof waiting a couple minutes in between  Note- if applying to stainless steel, apply with the grai
