3 Bottles of cleaner:
Toilet brush: you can use our toilet brush or the customers. Clean inside toilet with multipurpose cleaner
Kitchen sponge: we keep them in the ziplock to protect the bin; do not zip the baggie shut. If the sponge looks perfectly fine but stinks, microwave for 2 minutes.
Pink Stuff: great on kitchen sinks, shower glass doors with minor hard water marks, shower floors, glass stove tops.
Step stool: we can use our 9 inch step stool or a customer's 2-step step stool to clean what’s not in regular reach, but nothing higher than that.
Mop set: water goes on large side. When wringing, wring slowly to avoid premature wear and tear of assembly. Wring 6 times for laminate or unsealed wood flooring. 2-3 times for all other flooring. You may use a customer's floor cleaner if they ask you to. Please rinse off the mop pad well after each job.
Swiffer handles: for Swiffers and microfiber Swiffers. Both great for homes that aren't too dirty. Microfibers are better!
Squeegee: for shower glass doors and large slider doors if needed
Grout brush: to deep clean showers with tile as needed. Handy for faucet bases and around sink drains too. Maybe the occasional window track.

Paper towels: main uses would be toilet and dirty windows
Bathroom pitcher: sponge, scrub brush, score brush

Pet hair remover: great in stubborn rugs. Can be used to clean pet hair off couches, which is an add-on. The corner is helpful to scrape gunk off floors while mopping.
Swiffers: dusting tool, but not best for all jobs (microfibers are the best option)
Vacuum brush tool: helpful to pre-dust blinds, vacuuming hard flooring stairs, and vacuum couches (add-on).
Vacuum crevice tool: window tracks, reaching really high cobwebs, and small spaces
Small trash bags: for bathroom trash cans or other small bins around the home

Razor: glass stovetop and windows
Drain snake: for your convenience when a tub or sink isn’t draining enough for you to clean it

Band-Aids: for you, just in case
Business cards: for customers, just in case
Hard copy checklist: for when you’re at homes with poor service. This manual is also attached for your reference

Extra sponges: backup for the week. You can revive stinky ones by microwaving them for 2 minutes. You can toss torn or greasy ones; you’ll know when
Magic erasers: good for tub floors, spot cleaning walls, countertop stains, and random other things when our cleaners don’t work
Green scrub pad pieces: for deep cleaning hard water on porcelain sinks or ring inside toilets; both add-ons. You can use these on anything you'd like. They are very abrasive and leave scratch marks on many surfaces, so use caution and test on a sample spot.

Microfibers: perfect to use on any surface with any cleaner. Always use different colors for different areas. Fold in fours so that you always have 8 sides to use.
